        I suspect Maguire didn't get the decision for that earlier penalty as he had his arm wrapped around his opponent's shoulder. Without that introducing a suggestion of it being a mixed blame incident he'd probably have got the decision.

          I suspect that the element of doubt (i.e. not a clear and obvious error) meant that if the ref had given it, then VAR wouldn't have overturned it then either.
