Being consistent in your belief about certain players isn't necessarily the good thing you seem to think it is. What it suggests to me is that no matter how well a player does, if you have already decided that he is rubbish then you won't recognise a good performance from him. Players have ups and downs, sometimes they are good and sometimes they aren't.

I couldn't agree more. But Pelly hasn't been at it for a few seasons.

P.s. if you really wanted to defend Norris then you could have done so in his original thread. And if you really wanted to defend yourself you could have done so in the same thread, or at least in your last one. Starting two new ones just smacks of desperate attention seeking.
