      Though it might be failing. I’ll throw one in on this though I’m not entirely sure of the timing of the first goal even though I was at the game. The QPR 3rd round replay at Loftus Road in January 2001. Lee Mansell put us a goal up, they equalised In injury time (very dodgy free kick) and went on to win in extra time. We’d have had a very lucrative home tie against the Arse if we’d held on another 30 seconds or so.

                I think if anyone knows he will know.

                I have a vague memory of a game away to Forest on or around New Year’s day in the late 80s/early 90s where I think we scored first minute and they equalized in the last minute. Think it was Des Walker scoring his first goal against Steve Sutton in our goal. Wouldn’t put any money on all that being correct though!

                  Yep, New Year's Day 1992.
                  Pembridge for us after 35 seconds.
                  Walker equalising for Forest right at the end, his only goal for the club.
                  Got home in time to watch QPR beat Man utd live on ITV 4-1 at Old Trafford.
