Listening to Gary Sweet on this video just makes you laugh at some of the comments on here and other social media. It's so well managed, planned and structured.

As BBB points out above though, they do so many things well but the club shop, and to be honest the supporter facing commercial side as a whole is poor

Assuming this is tongue in cheek, but Stu Hammond is actually brilliant at his job.

I've had to contact the club a couple of times in recent years and he went absolutely above and beyond to sort things out.
