We should all be at this one but due to the night September 2002 many are going to miss this one. All the would be hard men who went on thei pitch and are now probably on their 60ís with their Union jacks ruined a real occasion for us all

I may get a ticket through connections but itís not the same

The away allocation for League games is 1996 and has been for years, why would you think it would be more for us.

We got the same allocation as QPR, Sunderland and every other club they've played. Why would we get more?

That particular night we got 4,500 tickets as we had the whole of the Vicarage Road end.

No it most certainly was not. It was ticket only although they were readily available. I took a couple of former uni mates there that night; one Newcastle fan and the others Wolves. They couldn't believe the toxicity of the occasion.

OK, could be wrong, thought I paid on the night, didn't Hertfordshire police say they only expected 800 Luton there that night, wouldn't they have known numbers had it been all ticket?

Phil, I think that was the earlier night game where we took thousands and thousands. The last non ticket one. Can't remember the year but it was mayhem! A gang of us flew back from hols in Spain picked up at the airport and straight into it.

One of my favourite visits to VR. We should have hammered them but kept missing chances . They got a very late equaliser. Lots of aggro outside after which at the time I enjoyed to the full being a lot younger and more stupid than I am now 🤣

1996 when they equalised in injury time. We took over 6000 that night. Paul Showler scored for us.
