        Are you claiming that the Humber bridge is not a road? The amount of traffic it carries strongly suggests it is.

          in October 1971, I went to Hull with my then boss to visit the company's factory. When we arrived we had our meal and then he said that we would go over the road for a night out. We went upstairs at the Co-op where there was this massive room, a night club really. Then the act appeared. No less than the only Frankie Howard. Absolutely brilliant.

            M1 - M62 no tolls no bridges and easy. 20 miles longer than A1 - Humber bridge but only a couple of minutes in it.
