Mcatee injured out for a while

Posted by Northeasthatter on 4/8/2022, 19:11:55

So it looks like our new 500k odd signing could be out for a lengthy time if he needs to have shoulder surgery on a dislocation. Apparently according to grimsby boss this has happened before so they think he might need a operation. Only us hatters would spend that kind of money on someone who is injured.

        1. It was known at the time of medical and signing
        2. The operation was investigated at the insistence of "your hatters" Stu he can recover before he rejoins us.
        3. You tw@t.

Dislocated shoulders will always be a problem until you have corrective surgery. Best he has sick leave on Grimsby's time rather than ours.

He's an amazing player, and a striker to boot! Grimsby fans were in tatters when they thought he was leaving. Lot like Dion and Bradford. We got him relatively cheap, so it's a free shot

You do know hes on a season long loan, which cant be rescinded. Pinning of a constantly dislocating shoulder is a permanent fix.

Gotta realise we have a history of buying injury prone strikers. But I suppose everyone only cares about politics on this page

Yes, that's why we're talking about an injured striker here. Maybe we're worried his absence could affect the Tory leadership race?

You do realise hes the nearest thing to Paul Walsh weve ever had?

So what if he misses half this season while hes on loan.

Parkin couldn't jump after his surgery at Ipswich, but we still signed him.

Feeney had a physical disability, in that he saw the goal and it made his body run and mate with the corner flag.
