If you're going to make claims like that provide irrefutable evidence or do it elsewhere. Thank you.

Are you registered for that or going on the 2015 sale, which is when 2020 bought it?

No I’m going on the recent transaction which shows as not completed.

A warning of cancellation was issued 6th June 2022 for the sale of Newlands. It’s in the public domain

              Where?

I am assured, from the top, that the sale is completed and binding, 100%. From the horses' mouth, as it were.

You might well be assured. The land registry which you can check for yourself says it hasn’t completed.

I'm completely assured, by the people who actually know - not some anonymous poisoner on an unregistrated board. And about your other claims in the deleted post too.

So take your shit stirring elsewhere. And look out for upcoming updates.

Either way I expect I will be saying I told you so in 6

Or alternatively provide some actual evidence, not just a veiled reference to documents that aren't accessible without registration, or rumours you've heard/made up. At the moment you look like you're wanting to undermine the club with unfounded claims.

Having registered, where are the documents/ references under that number then? As there is a charge for them can you be specific as to your claimed cancellation?

I have searched it, using the title number. What is the document you refer to?

No, that's not the case. I am registered and that is not available.

I'm going to stick with the 100% reassurance that the deal is completed from just about the most impeccable source who I trust implicitly. Especially in the light of your other (unfounded) claims.

Let's watch this space and see what happens, eh?

Hahaha if you’re too thick to register and find the very easily accessible documents then maybe you shouldn’t be arguing with people on message boards about property development

Thank you. Surely warning of cancellation merely means that they need to renew: rather like a warning about MOT etc? You tell me. It says the application is 'dealing'

I know that my impeccable source says the deal is completed 100% so perhaps that's been 'dealt' with but not showing yet?

Time will, as I have said, tell.

And let's get back to this when it does.

                                                Quick bit of Google research:

"For the purposes of rule 16(2) of the Land Registration Rules 2003 the specified period within which the requisitions must be complied with is 20 working days from the date of the requisition, but for most applications we allow a longer period of 60 days. The warning of cancellation is normally sent after 40 working days and explains how you can request an extension of time if you are still unable to reply fully in that time."

"We will cancel the application in its entirety if we do not receive a full reply and a successful application for an extension of time to reply is not made."

                                                (both from https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/requisition-and-cancellation-procedures/practice-guide-50-requisition-and-cancellation-procedures)

So from my basic understanding, the warning would have been issued before the deadline (day 40 out of 60 days) and if it hadn't been completed within the original 60 days or an extension hadn't been sought (and granted) then they would have cancelled the application by now. They haven't, so everything is fine.
