We should all boycot BP. That'll learn them for making so much profit.

    Who should we use instead?

Funnily enough, it was BP garages near me that for a few weeks were the cheapest (about £1.81) when Tescos at al were still charging £1.87.
Its only been the last couple of days that Tesco have dropped their price to £1.80. There's still a BP garage, which is a bit of a pain to get to, not far from J15 that is £1.74....

Often wondered who fills up at Bp , We got one here in between an Asda and a Morrisons who are always cheaper. However I guess if youíve got a company car and youíre not paying for the petrol it doesnít matter ?

Filling up at BP is probably cheaper in the long run than having to change a set of injectors clagged up with Morrisons muck. Diesel, specifically.

            Cheers, Jim

Same with Shell and BP in Stopsley - Asda is much cheaper and no more than a mile out of the way. Aside from out of towners, must be self-employed and others who ultimately aren't paying for it themselves.

Apparently the big supermarkets are currently keeping their prices artificially high so it might be worth looking around further still.

I'm sure they could still reduce prices further but I dread to think what the likes of BP and Shell would be charging without the supermarkets competition.

Mind you, none of them as cheap as Costco

Apparently Sainsbury's beat our two local Asda's by 2p and 3p down here.

BUT, Asda are the two next cheapest to be fair. Look like things might have changed since the article I read. Cheers!

Can only speak for Luton, think it was a good 7/8p cheaper a litre yesterday than most garages. Think Asda made some announcement about trying to help with cost of living increases.

Yes, I see that now, they are miles cheaper there, seems there is more competition down here.
