Last time he refereed us was a 1-0 home win over Blackpool in 2016/17 (Ollie Palmer got the goal in injury time). He also did the goalless draw at Exeter. They were his only League Two games that season. Did the 2-0 home win over Southend in 2014/15.

In the Conference he sent off Steve McNulty (subsequently rescinded) in the 1-0 defeat at Southport on the opening day of our promotion season and then did the 1-0 home defeat by Woking later that season and the season before that he did the Macclesfield away game where he sent off their keeper early in the 1-1 draw and they didn't have a keeper on the bench although one of their outfield players, Peter Winn, was a former goalkeeper. It was the day that Paul Buckle left us. Macclesfield's team that night included Kissock, Kasim and Barnes-Homer who had previously played for us and Thierry Audel who was previously with us on trial.

That McNulty sending off was ridiculously soft.

That defeat left us in 17th place, our lowest position in the last 100 years.
