    Virgin mobile

I've had a text today telling me that Virgin mobile are withdrawing pay as you go with them next January.

Has anyone else received a similar text? Is it a long winded scam?

Not sure to be honest, I pay £6 a month but don't know if that is classed as PAYG or a sim only deal, I get 5gb data and unlimited texts and 1500 minutes of calls. I had a big row with them when they put the price up from £4 to £6, purely on principal, and they told me then that I don't have a contract with them, just the rolling renewal each month.

Doesn't sound like PAYG, which is not paying monthly, but just topping up when you're running out of credit(and being cut off in the middle of a call if you talk for too long).

                Yes, definitely not PAYG.
