    Today is a good day

Tickets booked to see the God like genius that is Liam Gallagher at Knebworth in June. Anyone else on here manage to get sorted?

Not many artists that could sell out 2 100k gigs.

It's ok for the rest of you to be jealous.

In other news, Brexit, Tory majority. Which make your paltry number look a bit silly.

The only thing I'm jealous of is the feeling I'd have walking away from that shite. But I'm not prepared to put myself through it just so I could appreciate not being there that little bit more than I already do.

We can't all like the same things.

I mean, I pity anyone that wasn't at the Sondheim theatre to see Les Miserables last week.

                        Les Mis is superb.

Funnily enough a couple of years after I saw Rick Wakeman play a small show with his band at the time in a small hall in Marlborough, a friend of a friend was promoting it.

The singer was excellent but drove me nuts because I knew I'd seen him before but just couldn't place him. Then it clicked he was the same guy who'd played Jean val Jean when I saw Les Mis! Slightly out of context in a rock band of course!

I saw The Cream play to about 60 people at the Cally in 1967 or 8. They used the small backstage.

I will have 'seen' them at the Army and Navy in Chelmsford but I don't remember anything about it. Which means I thought they were shit right from the start, way before it was cool to do so.
