    Pelly is a real showman if he loves the club as much as he says he does,why did it take so long to sign a new deal showman written all over it.

      Looked at other offers, as was his right after fulfilling his contract, decided home is best.

        As Jones says, understandable that he wanted a look around. Hes staying, hes known for helping to build team spirit. Not sure how anyone can moan about this now hes staying.

              I'm retired now, after 23 years in the final job.

              During that time there were around 4 occasions I felt I wanted to move on. I applied for jobs, researched the company and attended interviews.
              In most cases the money or conditions were better, but after consideration the long term benefits didn't seem so 'secure' so I stayed put in the end.
