            Equivalent fine for us in the -30 season would probably have been about £25,000.

              How the proposed fines if they leave in the future arenít over £100 million is each is ridiculous.

              The transfer budget of some of those clubs on a good year is £200 million and to join a super league being the cost of an average young player as a deterrent is farcical.

                  I was just talking to my brother about these fines, and we were wondering where the money would go.

                  We agreed it was more likely to go into the FA hierarchy members' pockets than into grassroots and lower league football.
