I couldn't go to that one so I cheered myself up by going to Port Vale and Chesterfield but missing Newcastle . . .

        Colchester 0-5 Luton early 2000s.

Fairly even match but we seemed to score every time we went forward in the first half.

Made up for a horrible 3-1 defeat there a few years previous.

I mentioned that 3-1 defeat recently - we flew back from Canada that morning and were picked up from the airport by friends and driven straight to the game - we hadn't slept for something like 24 hours!

Alfreton, the day we knew something special was possible.

Sat in the home end for that one....chucking it down with rain. Wasn't it 0-0 half time?

Yes I think you are right. Felt sorry for our lot behind the goal, must have got drenched.

West Ham away League Cup semi

We were slight favourites but no one expected us to go there in the 1st leg and beat them 3-0.

Harford also left a bruise or two on so-called hard man Julian Dicks that day. Old Jules was so frazzled he thought rugby-tackling Wegerle in the penalty area was a good idea

If I remember we celebrated this like we had won at the end.

Not particularly the win but the score line, Alfreton 0 Luton 5.

Although not a win, Notts County 2018.
                      Unbelievable atmosphere.

Also the fact that in three previous visits, including a PSF, we had failed to score and conceded six.

The first half was Alfie Mawson's entire Luton career.

Oxford away and Wycombe away. Late goals from Potts and Collins

Cardiff city in the FA cup , wow to be honest the way Cardiff were playing I didn't expect us to win that game.

And we out played them, just after the game was fun, with all the trouble.

Best one I've been to that we didn't win was Notts County away.
