    Things could be worse

We could have just suffered a fourth consecutive home defeat after losing to our local rivals in a league game for the first time in 22 years.

What a change after 68 without defeat.

Things could be a lot lot worse couldnt they?...we only have to look at some of our old non league rivals to see that...

Was sh1t defending, soft goals, no point going into who was to blame, its a team game, take the wins, take the losses as a team...

The only bit I didnt get was why were we playing a defensive game when losing, I know, in the main we seem to be reasonably good at it, but, occasionally, Id like to see us go out on the front foot and attack...

Today for instance, I wouldnt have minded losing 0-3 if we had a few missed chances, you could argue that we were a little unlucky if that were the case...thought we were too negative IMHO...its not the Luton way...

All the above said, maybe this is just the way it is now, we currently just dont have the funds to compete on a more attacking basis and we have to play the game we can, with who we've got...

But yes, things could be a lot lot worse...
