    Reduced capacity next season

Posted by cornwall hatter on 28/7/2020, 8:27:18

Article on BBC News website saying reduced capacity in grounds likely all of next season. How ill that work if clubs have already sold season tickets beyond that capacity and how many clubs are going to fold if that is the case.

I think as season ticket holders we need to accept that the money we have paid is as much to keep the club afloat as it is to have access to games.

I don't think anyone has a scoobie at the moment.

I can see us having a rota system because very few people are going to be able to attend games at KR. I'd be surprised if we are allowed as much as 2k people attending.

It's starting to look highly likely that there will be a second wave, the summer doesn't appear to be providing much respite so by the time we get to October it could be closer to lockdown again anyway.

          2nd wave?

          Lockdown?

          Drama queen.

Also you could only have people sat 2 rows apart due to social distancing.

So lots of people wouldn't be able to sit in their ST seats anyway.

No away fans for a start

They have also said that if singing and shouting increases likelihood of spreading it there will be increased social distancing.

So probably either 3.5k with singing and no away fans.

Or 2 to 3k, no away fans and silence.

Alternate match attendance, bit like a rota, maybe! Bit of a mare to organise though.

Then free on-line for games not attending.
