So far I have thought Boris is doing the best he can in a situation that nobody can predict . Last night statement is so vague though . In the Mall(Arndale) today Wilko,Poundland, Wendell are open . How is this right. |
I understand B&Q and Homebase are open . Who will be going there if you can only go out for essential items.

As for Wendel, well i guess it is food, but thin line. if they were only selling bread, but bet they are trading as normal.
B&Q and homebase should shut in my opinion. they are trying to cash in on everyone doing diy whilst couped up.
my local homebase was the busiest they have ever been yesterday.

According to B&Q website,DIY stores have been categorised as essential stores by the Gov. |
It says they are closing today whilst they plan how to sell essential supplies in the future.
You're right about Wilko and Poundland.
Don't know who Wendell are,unless it's meant to be Wenzel the bakers.
