We are a poor F1 team that should be happy to be in the race. We can’t compete with the top teams yet as they have more money and better drivers. You can only work with what you have got and hope what you got gives its full effort. Changing managers doesn’t always work look at w@ford.
I am happy to be in thechampionship even if we are doing shit.

What if your racing team put the bloke who changed the tyres in as the driver and put your best driver out wide putting tyres on instead of driving
I’ve run out of comparisons of how to mismanage a racing team too
Jones is poor full stop. I’m not saying he’s not a decent bloke, I like him and he’s doing his best, it’s just that he isn’t up to it

Players running toward the opposition rather than strolling around like Brazil in 1982 does not cost money

We didn't have as much money as Sunderland last season but did better than they did

Yes but you can improve your chances by playing players in correct positions etc and getting crowd on your side

Has Jones made a few mistakes?
Yes, and especially with the benefit of hindsight, I would say he has on occasion.
But he has also got his tactics and team selection spot on many other times, only to be undone by an incorrect offside flag, a blatant foul not given, or an inexplicable defensive cock-up.
Did Nathan Jones and John Still get everything perfectly right? Did even the great sir MICK nearly blow it at the end of last season? (remember Burton and Charlton away)
I’ll reserve judgment on how good a manager we have until I’ve seen most of a season. For now I’m satisfied.

Did you attend on Saturday? That effort was extremely poor whatever you say about it. Less reliance on Stats and more believing his own eyes would assist no end.

I went on Saturday and I don't think the effort reached the level of extremely poor to be honest.
But I don't get the castigation of the Managers methods. He should have his own style and methods, the modern game moves on and I'm happy to hear he embraces that as that might give us advantages over the lack of budget against others.
He's made some shit, actually awful decisions so far but he's got a lot right as well. I'm hoping he's learnt some big lessons from the last 2 away games in terms of set up and make us harder to beat at least.

Not suggesting he has got everything wrong but what do you feel he has got right?

I'm certainly no genius, but two/three down and getting completely overrun in the middle, stick another one or two players into midfield for goodness sake.
