They might not be football supporters.

They might be lick-spittles of the dark side, CuntsRus.

They might be sowing seeds of discontent.

They might regret taking on a football club.

They might find out that some of our supporters will keep a grudge for life.

Anyone criticising Gary Sweet knows #### all about football. The game is budget driven and every club needs a strategic plan. 95% of clubs buckle to short-termism.

Actually its not worth commenting on.

Even they arent sad enough to do that, plus they are also in a glass house.

And look who they are, people that only ever comment negatively . They are not a representative LTFC support, so as such they should do one...but of course they are entitled to their opinion 😞

How much compensation would Jones be due if he was sacked?

                    Good post.

However much I dislike GJ I always think of Gary Sweet as one of the main men who saved us. That in itself makes him a club legend. Have never said a bad word against him and never would.

The problem is that GJ is proving to be a calamity and some people think GS is solely to blame, which is utter nonsense. However I do think that if things dont improve soon then Gary will have no option but to let GJ go.

GJ proving to be a calamity? I know we have had some poor performances, and no-one wants to be on the end of a scoreline like yesterday's... But we are 21st, and if we are in that position at the end of the season then it will have been a successful season. So "calamity" has to be a bit of an overreaction, surely? We all get frustrated and think we could do better, but he is achieving what is being asked of him overall at the moment, individual results aside. Things will have to pick up for us to stay there of course though, that goes without saying.

Yes, "if" we can stay in 21st. But you seem to be assuming "when" we get relegated, which should also be "if".

Don't bother supporting the team then, just give up and stay away.

                              21st would be a success.

But not sure where next summers transfer budget would come from to aim for a finish next season as we barely have any players to cash in on currently.

I think itís one season at a time tbh. Next season we could have planning sorted and that means thereís an asset to start delivering income which will all help. Plus some transfer targets wonít see us as a dead cert relegation candidate. Plus current players will be more confident. Plus playing in a new stadium might help to attract some and that will be as year closer. All ifs and buts but every season has been unique in some way in the past 20 years.
It will be a tough ask to compete at this level until we get the size of budgets that put us in with a realistic chance.
