    Becoming a C & R shareholder

Posted by Scathing hatter on 7/11/2019, 14:59:55

Can someone more itk than me explain how to become a shareholder with enough rights to attend C & R meetings and have the power to vote in their company decisions please?

A few thousand of us doing so could be exactly what is required here.

There's a few things we can do - best not air them here.

Don't know about share acquisition but did crack the registration code for UEFA site for Euro 2020 tickets...

Yeah i did that but i thought there would be somewhere where you could select which games you'd like to go into the lottery for. I guess that is too simple an idea though? Why make it easy when it can be completely confusing instead eh?

It will be because all of the qualifying, bar some play-offs will be done by the end of November. And the finals draw can be made which will dictate the next phase of ticket sales after finalist allocations etc.

Presumably there will be another one or two smaller ticket sales windows to account for unsold allocations and the team/s going through the play-offs in March.

There will be a method to it.

A few have already bought shares. Even a few thousand buying a few shares would easily be outvoted by larger shareholdings but it could cause them hassle having to prepare for everyone attending the AGM. You don't actually get a vote on a decision on something like applying for a JR. That would be decided by the company's management.
