Makes me wonder what happened just prior to his sad death.
Ironically when I lived up that way I used to call it "the lawless mid west", because the locals just did what the the hell they wanted , and you never saw any coppers.

I am no big fan of the police generally, but to put up a 'murder' charge seems a bit bizarre. Especially so long after the actual incident. So unless some new evidence has come to light, the whole thing seems a bit strange to me !!!!
