    How Sluga might feel

Poor guy is in a new country. New team - new League.
He probably feels pretty sh1t for letting his new teammates down a couple of times.

His confidence is probably shot to bits. It looks that way.

I suspect that if GJ says "it's Shea's turn, mate" he would probably be (a bit) glad right now and take it in a professional manner. He is an international keeper. Not a 19 year old.

We're all fed up but imagine how he feels tonight. Hopefully he has a missus or someone staying with him. If he goes home to an empty house tonight, he'd feel very low. I think if I was him, I'd burst into tears.

True, the lad is human, but heís also not showering himself in glory at work, which we all have to deal with.

If, for example, you were tasked with putting a tender together as part of your role at work and made a massive balls up of it, it isnít out of the question that a colleague may be given that job next time.

We paid £1.5m for an expert in his chosen field. That particular field happens to be a rather nice one to work in, one that comes with decent perks. If youíre not performing, somebody will want your role, make no mistake. If your mistakes happen to be pivotal to the fortunes of an entire organisation and itís thousands of followers, then man, do they get magnified.

There are jobs out there that come with less attention on you. They also pay less, and normally the involve dedicating 45-60hrs a week to....Take your pick.

I agree, but a professional goalkeeper is paid to stop the ball going into the net.
