It's the rip off that is the drop off zone that fcuks me off, especially with the fact that the person dropping off is bringing them their customers.

£1 maxi for 10mins, but £4 + (£1 for every minute after, who takes that long??) Some Joe Lycett type need to park a £100 car + a caravan up there and spend a week in the drop off zone and just walk away from the £10,000 parking charge.

The only issues I have with Luton airport is the lack of seating in the departure lounge at busy times and the ridiculous long walk through narrow corridors from the aircraft to passport control.

Flying Ryanair from Stansted is the same - nearly a 10 minute walk from departures. Easyjet ok as you get the shuttle.

It's not so much the distance as the bland poxy narrow corridors going upstairs downstairs ect, looks Amatuers.

What a biased report, makes my blood boil!

Not worth the paper itís printed on, yet BBC report it as fact!

              273 votes is hardly representative.

Probably also a reflection of the airports budget hub status. People may be predisposed to moan if they are on an easyjet or wizzair flight so look for something to justify it. Terminal 5 by contrast seems geared to rich arab billionaires

They have ploughed millions in though. Now starting to look as good as many airport. Whilst the work goes on, they struggle to manage the numbers, but in general a pleasant experience.

Such a small number of voters is hardly representative of the volume of passengers.

People who work at the BBC have barely done a full days working their lives, yet see fit to plaster an underresearched report all over their pages.

It quite clearly says 'in a survey by consumer magazine Which?' and mentions Which? about 8 times in the rest of the copy. The word 'worst' is also in inverted commas, and it very deliberately mentions the weighting and sample size of the survey.

Quite how after all that you can determine that's the BBC "reporting it as fact" is beyond me. It's reporting the results of a (flawed) survey by a consumer organisation.

You canít expect a highly rated airport when you have been voted the arsehole of England.
