Are you blind. There is only one Luton player nearer the goal line than the player who touched it in. Remember your picture is a still. The decision is made at the moment the original shot is taken not when the player on the ground touches it. However even in your own evidential picture she is not nearer the goal line than the ‘scorer’. His leg is stretched out towards the goal line. He is 100% certainly offside.
