Luton Outlaws - Independent Message Board for Luton Town FC

Building is a conservative game. There are tried and tested ways of doing things. It shouldn't matter if it's a one-off project or if it isn't. This is a huge project that should have all the bells and whistles attached to it

You sometimes have to shell out in the short-term to get that longer term benefit. It is possible you devolve all that to the lead contractor and then you don't have to worry about it being short-term. The client does not have to do it but surely this is also about being a good neighbour as well as keeping fans informed. What about residents or town-dwellers who actually don't give a fuck about the football club but have concerns or worries or complaints?
