Trying to be rational and realistic from limited knowledge etc. so a bit pie in the sky but it sounds like many of these charges are tantamount to fraud which is obviously illegal and incredibly serious. They therefore need to get some significant punishment here and that includes several relegations - possibly even to conference level. They have to get kicked out of the PL at very least or other clubs will do similar.

As for all the trophies won during his era, my initial current thinking is that they'll have to put some clause in place that no club is allowed to sue for loss of earnings or status. Otherwise this thing will go on for years and football will have finally eaten itself with greed.
