Which part is incorrect?

He’s the majority shareholder, so he is happy to leave a failing / failed CEO in place, so it would appear he is happy with what’s been going on.

I find it bizarre that someone, who by all accounts is an intelligent and highly successful individual would sit back and watch this ongoing shit show.

I suppose Power Court is the golden goose
