I get the point about not needing a weekly update just to say "another bit of the stand has gone up" when people can see the progress themselves.

I just think clubs tend to do both. Fans and journalists interview players and managers all the time, but the club still produces its own interviews because they serve a different purpose. No one says the club don't need to bother because the local press already does it.

Same with a stadium project. The drone videos are brilliant, but official communication would be about the wider story, milestones, timescales, what's happening next and building excitement around the project.

Surely the clubs team which make the usually excellent YouTube vids etc are chomping at the bit to make content on this?

Anyway, the progress with the build is very exciting!
