I'm going for pork shoulder steak tonight with a gravy made from olive oil, flour, Dijon mustard, soy sauce and Oxo beef stock. I had it last night and mixed with onions and garlic I think it might be the best gravy in the entire universe.

My salad dressing is olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard to bind them, salt and pepper, bit of honey, whisk it up and drizzle over.

Cooking is great innit. Only real lads know how to cook.
