Sorry, you've got me there. How is stating a fact, with no commentary about what it means, "spin"?

It was never going to be an immediate turnaround like Reform are laughably promising. 42% down is strong evidence that it's moving in the right direction. There is no spin in it, just data.

And it's also accurate and corrects false assertions in the post I was replying to.
