Tell me exactly what chaff there has been at this tournament then (other than Scotland)?

I can't think of a single nation that have been embarrassingly bad. The likes of Curacao, DR Congo, Cape Verde and Haiti have all given very good accounts of themselves even giving a few bloody noses out on the way - just like us in the Premier League. I did fear what it would be like with 48 countries but they've done exceptionally well and deserved their tie on the world stage.

64 seems a bit ridiculous though as it loses a sense of elitism. Mind you, it could mean that the Italians might just make it next time though!
