    He has two years before he needs to be entered into a senior squad. If he's got something, there's probably little risk.

    Trialist positions don't tend to be thrown around as much as they used to (not at Luton at least, thankfully), but there's also a space for a wildcard player which he'd be.

    Keep him around for the EFL Trophy games and loan him to L2 / Conference in the second half of the season to see how he'd develop.
