    Abandoned home games

    Having regard to my post below it seems it has stirred memories relating to the above and that the most number to occur in a decade was during the 1960’s (Man City, Darlington & Watford).

    In addition, to those already mentioned in the Rodney Green post I can also recall a match in the late 70’s against Blackburn, abandoned just after half time (due to a frozen pitch; well done Jim Smith), as well as the York City match in the snow.

    Any further games others can recall ?
