    It appears to me that Tuchel has packed the squad with fast, physical players that can counter-attack quickly against high-pressing teams that will enjoy the majority of the possession.

    Agree on that. But it was strange how and why Gordon and Spence especially seemed to want to slow it down all the time. Almost like they were deliberately doing what they've been told not to?

    Hardly surprising to see Tuchel going so ballistic at them. Personally, I would have hooked them both much sooner than he did as they were borderline abysmal last night.

    But they weren't the old ones. A very odd game with players taking the easy option time and time again.

    And a defence which looked alarmingly worried everytime Ghana ran at them.
