An unjudgeable (new word and therefore spelt as I want) suggestion.
I suppose if two teams travel everywhere with exactly 30,000 fans, we could say they were equally good. But if one team is world beaters and other is crap,then it would suggest that the latter are better fans. But that doesn't take in to account the fact we don't know how the former team's fans would react to failure.
There is no "best fans" is what I'm saying. Only individuals who happen to follow a team. Who happen to have the money. Or the time. Or the health. Or the inclination to travel.
