Was Makosso loaned to Oxford with an obligation to buy or an option to buy?

If it was the former, was it also dependent upon them staying in The Championship?

Just wondering if Bloomfield's departure could impact Wilshere's plans if Makosso returns to KR and is another wage to factor in with more strict PSR regs next season.
