    These all sound in theory good ideas, especially (imo) timewasting at goal-kicks.
    But I don’t recall any goalie getting penalised in our games for holding on to the ball too long. (Keeley was often guilty too.)
    Anyway, this is Premier League-only so far, but I’d guess the EFL will follow suit?
