    You may well imagine that to be the case and, again, there is a point worthy of discussion in general even if I remain to be convinced that that's what happened in this case. For balance we could also discuss why there is such a thing as a 'race card' in the first place. For example, while there is no evidence that HN did or even didn't call someone a 'paki' there is a reason why it would occur to someone to use it as a defence, to hide behind, an excuse, as mitigation, or misdirection.

    However even you would struggle to argue, with a straight face, that 800 times you were merely expressing your disgust. Again, not that we've established why that might need doing.

    It's fine, you can pretend you don't know them. Again, with a straight face, can you pretend that they're not conspicuously in existence and front and centre among those banging on about it. Seems like you might be giving it a go but it's not especially convincing, given that we all know the truth.
