The exact problem is that it clearly isn't better than people just getting it wrong. On top of which it takes fucking ages and means that you're not allowed to celebrate a goal until you're not really sure if you give a shit any more.

It's fucking rubbish and the silver-lining to getting relegated is that we don't have to put up with it any more.

Maybe let the ref check a screen if he thinks he's given or not given something he shouldn't or should've and leave everyone else out of it. Most of them wouldn't ever use it because they can only give what they see but we've all seen them clearly second-guessing a decision and it would give them an out so they're not tempted to even things up.
