Where else would you keep people claiming asylum while there claims are being processes. The backlog is what is it because of a combination in a increase in claims and a result of the cuts the tories made when they were in charge.

In this country we don't allow people in the asylum process to work, personally I think people should be able to but to quote Sir Humphrey Appleby that would be 'brave' policy to put forward.

The right to claim asylum isn't restricted by sex or age, I don't know what you are upset about. If have putting the best interested of your family first. And you were in a position where felt you have to flee the country you are in and claim asylum. You you send your children or your wife off by themselves or would you be a man make the dangerous journey alone in the hope you can save your family?

NHS health care is free at the point of use for UK residents, while people claims are being processed and they need healthcare what do you propose we do charge them? They have no money we don't let them earn any and you moan if the get a job on side.
