You hear so many things it's difficult to keep track of. I thought the original plan was to sell off the flats by block to developers which would help pay for the ground.

Then I heard that due to the tough economic climate and surplus of properties on the market, we couldn't get any developers on board and would therefore have to set up a property company to sell the flats individually.

This though could be old news or a rehash of things I have read on here.

I don't really understand why the club can't communicate the plan in more detail to stop the rumours and innuendo.
