I know a fair number of shirt sponsors and this is a regular gripe especially when shirts then end up on eBay.

One child at Rotherham got a shirt and Naismith's captain's armband. Another, who I was told was his sister, also got a shirt. The same boy was signalling to all the players on Saturday to give him a shirt.

A match-worn shirt is one of the main parts of the sponsorship package which costs £1000.
