Not a day of any great note, although our last match in 2017 at home to Notts County resulted n a 2-1 win, which virtually assured the team of a play off place in League Two.

Only one player has been born on this day and that was Rhys Norrington- Davies in 1999.

Two players have made their debut on this day. The first was George Kellet in 1905 (whose son Les later made a name for himself in the ring). Some of you may need to wrestle with that joke !!

The other was Mick Fairchild, who made a goalscoring debut 65 years ago, in a 3-2 defeat away at Southampton in 1961.
