I never mentioned lots of things - as I pointed out in the post. It wasn't meant to be a full comprehensive answer. But actually the context of this thread, and indeed your invitation, was all about the perpetrator not not the victim.

And if you don't believe in God, well that's entirely your decision. But as I do, and that it gives a moral and ethical code to help navigate life, I answered with that in mind.
