Yes there are obvious cases of a murderer being guilty without out an iota of doubt and there is a case to be made for State murder. But what if there is 1% of doubt? You'll say not enough - kill 'em. What there is 5% of doubt, they will be killed by the state.
The simple fact that there are so many miscarriages of justice should be enough reason for any reasonable person to say NO, no capital punishment.
In the future we could see the demonised child "killer" Lucy Letby freed as a victim of a miscarriage of justice.
