    It was the EFL that made the decision. I think that we probably pointed out during the game that the sub wasn't on the teamsheet but, from then on, I don't think that we needed to make a complaint. An investigation would follow automatically in those circumstances.

    Either way, they used players that they shouldn't have done which had an effect on the outcome (even though we were awful on the night).
