    Because we are second favourites to a team who were three divisions below us the last time we were at Wembley.

    Because we are second favourites to a club who didn’t have a £150m+ windfall and who weren’t everyone’s “second team” in the 23/24 Premier League season.

    Because our wage thief players have taken the piss for the last two years and them suddenly raising their game for a final and personal exposure will be plain to see.

    Because a hollow victory will paper over the huge cracks at the club but should we will be used by some to justify what we have witnessed this season.

    Because we should focusing on finishing as high in the league as possible and not be distracted by something meaningless.

    I am in the undecided camp, for a loyal servant like Clark I would love to see him captain the team and lift the trophy. If Naismith worms his way back yet again in then I will stay away.
