The best way to get out of the 3rd division is to be the best at playing 3rd division football. Lincoln have proved that. They even beat Cardiff doing it. And they're good to watch. Like most of the best solutions its pretty straightforward. But it requires a manager who understands the division, not one who thinks he's managing Arsenal.
