I totally agree. I thought it would take him time to get his ideas across but we would start to see a level of progression. It's the complete opposite in fact. We are regressing quickly and confidence appears non-existent.

I'm not sure how he turns it around from here but I wouldn't be comfortable with him making decisions in the next transfer window.
